Hi! I'm Ashley Tvardzik, former party girl turned sober, CEO and founder of Sober Lining, Wife, Homeschool Mom of 2 and Certified Alcohol-Free, Mindset, Success and Neuro Linguistic Practitioner (NLP) Coach.

After almost two decades of a complicated relationship with alcohol, I embarked on a sober path after a life changing incident on January 1, 2023.

As a coach, my role is to help guide you with your relationship with alcohol and help you discover your best life alcohol-free. Whether you're sober curious, have been drinking for decades, or desire a better life for yourself without all the negative affects of alcohol, I'm here for you! I will be your biggest cheerleader as we embark on this new journey together. I'm so excited to be your coach!
